Can I view the books before buying?

Yes, you can browse before buying at our reseller, The Toy Folks. Their information is on our Home Page .

If you’re an MOE school teacher, please email us directly to ask for samples.

Are there delivery charges?

A flat rate of $3.00 will be added to your invoice for non-trackable Singpost mail (please note that delivery may take 5 or more working days especially during the festive season). 

I​f the parcel is too heavy for Singpost, we may have to send your order in two parcels. Alternatively we will arrange for courier delivery. This will not affect the flat delivery charge. 

Can I collect the books personally?

We accept self-collection only on a case by case basis. If you require this, please send us an email after you submit the order form, indicating your name and your specific circumstances. 

What if I’m not in Singapore?

At the moment, we are only able to deliver to Singapore addresses. We humbly request that our international customers arrange for self collection, engage a forwarding service or use the address of a friend/relative living in Singapore. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

I’m planning to order in bulk.
